TERMS OF SERVICE & TOURNAMENT RULES

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading the BooyahEsports APK, accessing booyahesports.com, or participating in any match organized by BooyahEsports, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or have explicit parental consent) to participate in paid tournaments on BooyahEsports. Users located in jurisdictions where skill-based real money gaming is restricted are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

3. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Policy

BooyahEsports enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against cheating, including but not limited to:

• Use of auto-aim, wallhacks, speed mods, or third-party MOD APKs.
• Teaming up with rival players in Solo or Duo matches.
• Using emulators unless explicitly permitted in emulator-specific tournament brackets.

Violators will face immediate lifetime bans and forfeiture of all wallet balances.

4. Custom Room Credentials & Match Timings

Room ID and Passwords are provided 10 to 15 minutes prior to match schedule. Players are required to join their assigned slot promptly. BooyahEsports is not responsible if a player fails to join before the match starts.

5. Prize Payouts & Wallet

All tournament prize money is credited to your BooyahEsports wallet after match result verification. Payouts are made to verified UPI IDs or Paytm accounts.
